What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as local storage and pixels.
How we use them
- Strictly necessary - authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. The Service will not function without these.
- Preferences - remember settings such as theme, language, and recent workspace.
- Analytics - understand which features are used so we can improve the product. Where required, we ask consent first.
Third parties
We use a small number of third-party services that may set cookies on our behalf — for example, our authentication, hosting, error monitoring, and product analytics providers. When you check out or manage a subscription, Stripe sets cookies that are strictly necessary to process the payment and to help detect fraud. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of any non-essential analytics where applicable law treats it as such. Browser-level "Do Not Track" signals are inconsistent across vendors and we do not respond to them separately.
Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies live from a few days up to 13 months depending on purpose. Local storage entries used to remember workspace state persist until you clear them or sign out.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break login and other essential features. Where applicable, you can also adjust analytics preferences in your account settings.
